2026 Budget Performance Report

The DPRS/Accountant should access the MDA data file after selecting the respective MDA using the provided password, ensuring it remains confidential. Once opened, review all relevant sheets, Capital Projects, Recurrent Expenditure, and Other Items, verifying the data corresponds to your MDA and that no information is missing or misaligned. Enter new performance or expenditure data carefully, maintaining consistent formatting and leaving formulas intact. After updating, save the file locally, then re-upload it to the portal, confirming successful submission.

Use only numbers and do not include characters during the inputs.

Ensure your device is secure; do not share the password and contact the department immediately for any access or data entry issues
